Users can customize our service by adding additional Virtual Phone Numbers, incoming Direct numbers (PSTN DID numbers) and incoming Fax to Email service.

Virtual Numbers 

Each account includes 5 Virtual Numbers that you can share to allow friends and associates to use our Free Internet calling anywhere in the world. These Virtual Numbers can also share the accounts Prepaid Calling Credit to make calls to any regular phone number.

Direct Incoming Numbers (PSTN DID Numbers)

users can receive calls from regular phones with a Direct Incoming Number. Direct Incoming Numbers are currently available with area codes from USA, Canada, and the UK. In addition, USA/Canada Toll Free 800 numbers can also be added to any account. This allows a your friends and family to call you as if you are in their hometown, without them incurring any long distance charges. The calls will ring on the Virtual Number you choose using our Web based Control Panel. Direct Incoming Numbers are available to Pay-as-you-go and Unlimited Monthly Plan customers.

Fax to Email Service

Now you can receive faxes without a fax machine. Fax-to-email Service allows you to have a fax numbering on of the following area codes and automatically directs incoming faxes to the email address of your choice as a PDF attachment. You can now receive your faxes wherever you connect to the Internet with no need for Fax machines and its accessories.
